Delivery & Returns


Standard delivery within the UK will be free of charge for any orders over £100.

Delivery under £100 is charged at £5.99 in the UK.

Europe signed for delivery is £14.90.

International signed for delivery is £22.20.

Items are usually dispatched within 7 working days to your delivery address. Please note that delivery timescales are estimated and are subject to change.

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted and notified of any possible delay.

All deliveries will be dispatched via a courier and will require a signature.


Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

Once your order has been placed we will e-mail you with confirmation and your order number. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled we contact you informing you of this.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject your offer of purchase at any time.


Damaged or faulty goods

If the item(s) you have ordered is/are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact us within 48 hours in order for us to arrange a full refund or a replacement (photographic evidence will be required). Upon contact with us please have your order number and details to hand. All refunds will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase.


Returns and Exchanges

At Fresh Salt we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase(s) which is why we offer a 28-day return period from date of delivery on all items bought on, excludes sale items unless faulty.

Please allow 30 days for refunds to be credited back into the account on which the initial purchase was made. Any shipping charges aid will not be refunded.

All items must be returned unused and in perfect condition.

The items are your responsibility until they are returned to and received by Fresh Salt, we do not accept any liability for items damaged during transit back to us.

The customer is responsible for any postal charges incurred when returning an item(s)

Exchanges will be processed as a refund and a new order will need to placed, therefore the original item(s) will need to be returned to the above address
